What I Do

Learning the piano was not easy for me sometimes. As a classically trained pianist, I was forced to play songs that I didn't enjoy with the promise that they would make me better. While the works of Bach, Beethoven, Mozart, and Chopin did make me a more accomplished pianist, I felt like giving up at times because I wasn't finding joy in my performances. As a teacher, my goal is to teach my students pieces that they enjoy and sharpen their skills without dulling their enthusiasm for the music. That's why I'm committed to teaching students music that they can enjoy playing at their current level while also guiding them to advanced musicianship.
